Catch My Gift is an anonymous seasonal gifting platform for people celebrating occasions on their own. You sign up, build a wishlist, get matched one-to-one with another member, and exchange real physical gifts — all while staying completely anonymous.

Anyone 18+ in the United States who is celebrating without a romantic partner. Whether it's a birthday, holiday, or just because — everyone deserves to be surprised.

There's a one-time $7 participation fee per exchange to confirm your spot and cover matching, moderation, and platform costs. You'll also purchase a gift for your match at the budget tier you choose ($25, $50, or $100).

Yes! You can browse the gift catalog and see how wishlists work before joining an exchange. Just visit the Wishlist page to explore available products and get a feel for the experience.

Once the exchange window closes, we pair participants one-to-one based on occasion and budget tier. Matching is anonymous — you'll see your match's wishlist and shipping details, but never their identity.

Since gifts are purchased directly from retailers like Amazon, Target, and others, you can return or exchange items through the retailer's standard return process. Most packages include a packing slip or gift receipt that makes returns easy — no need to contact your anonymous giver.

You can choose $25, $50, or $100. You'll be matched with someone in the same tier, so the exchange stays fair.

You can add items from approved retailers including Amazon, Target, Etsy, Ulta, Walmart, Nordstrom, Barnes & Noble, and Best Buy. Just paste the product URL and we'll pull in the details automatically.

Since all gifts are purchased from major retailers, returns go through the retailer directly. Check the packing slip or gift receipt included with your delivery. Most retailers (Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.) have a dedicated gift returns process on their website — no order number from the buyer needed.

If your gift hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, let us know at hello@catchmygift.com. We'll work with your giver (anonymously) to resolve the issue.

We take this seriously. If a participant fails to send a gift, they'll be flagged and removed from future exchanges. We're also exploring ways to ensure every recipient gets something.

The participation fee is non-refundable once matching has occurred, since it covers the cost of running the exchange. If you withdraw before matching, contact us at hello@catchmygift.com and we'll do our best to help.

Never. Your match sees your wishlist and shipping address (for delivery), but your name, email, phone, and other personal details are never shared. Shipping labels show the retailer as the sender.

Yes. All notes are reviewed before delivery to ensure they don't contain personal information, inappropriate content, or attempts to break anonymity.

This is strictly against our rules. If it happens, report it immediately and we'll take action. The platform is designed so there's no way for participants to identify or contact each other.
